2.Purpose of the website

This website is informational / presentational. It presents the services, facilities, schedule and indicative prices of Strand Thermal Carei. The site does not carry out online sales or process payments; no distance contract is concluded through it.

3.Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date. However, prices, opening hours, water temperatures and the menu are indicative and may change without prior notice. For confirmed information, please contact the beach by phone or via the official Facebook page.

4.Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, images, graphic elements, logo) is protected by copyright and trademark law. The photographs depict Strand Thermal Carei. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the written consent of the rights holders is prohibited.

5.Use of the website

You agree to use the site in good faith and not to take actions that could affect its operation, security or reputation (e.g. unauthorised access, malicious code, mass automated content extraction).

6.Limitation of liability

The Operator is not liable for any errors, omissions or temporary unavailability of the site, nor for damages resulting from its use or inability to use it. Access to the beach and use of the facilities are subject to the internal rules posted on site.

The site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. maps, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9.Consumer protection · ANPC

For any complaint about a service, you may first contact the Operator using the details above. You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) platform.

Note: The former European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) was abolished by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, applicable from 20 July 2025. Alternative dispute resolution is handled through ANPC’s national SAL system.

10.Governing law

This document is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.

11.Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the date of access.
